In the former Armory – Karwanie, we offer our guests two conference rooms that can accommodate from 100 to 200 people, together with an exhibition hall, a reception room and a cafe.

1. Large conference room (100 people)
► system of simultaneous translations
Equipment: air conditioning, sound system, simultaneous translation system, two screens, multimedia projector, multimedia flipchart, mini camera, whiteboard, wireless internet

2. Basement of Karwan (up to 200 people)
Equipment: two screens, multimedia projector, foil projector, whiteboard, flipchart, wireless internet

Refreshments during the conference break – PLN 20 / person + 23% VAT (one break – approx. 30 minutes)
► coffee, tea with additives
► cookies
► fruit juices
► mineral water

► Costs of organizing the meeting – 10% of the cost estimate + 23% VAT
► Rental of rooms and rooms after prior inquiry about the price in writing (e-mail, fax or other letter)

► Fulfillment of the order after signing the contract and making a 40% prepayment

The management of the Museum reserves the right to refuse to rent the Center due to the nature of the facility and the statutory activity of the Museum.
